To print professional screen printing films, you'll need RIP software and a professional grade inkjet printer. These two products alone can rack up to $5000, OR you can have us create films for you using our in-house film production service.

All films are printed with commercial grade Epson printers, and printed on high-resolution industry leading Shinobi Screen Printing film.

To utilise this service, a number of conditions apply;

1. Artwork must be provided in vector format (EPS, PDF, AI), or 300dpi or higher photo format (JPG, PNG). We will create films for artwork at lower resolutions at your request, but we will not offer any form of warranty or "fit for purpose" assertions on films created from low quality artwork.
2. Our software and techniques for producing films are strictly confidential. Unless you specify to shoot your films "as is", we will automatically alter films in tiny ways (eg. bleed settings, registration marks) in what we consider to be necessary improvements for screen printing.
3. Warranty on this product applies to the film itself, not to any products decorated using it. It's your responsibility to ensure the film/s have been created correctly prior to using them, including that all artwork detail has been included correctly from your original file, to the final film/s.

Multi-colour Films

To purchase multi-colour films, simple buy multiples of this item, eg. 3 colour print = 3 films. Film separations are FREE. Please note that multi-colour films come with registration marks and are all billed at the same size (eg. a small bit of detail wouldn't qualify for a smaller film size).

4 Colour Process Films

To purchase 4 colour process films, please purchase 4 films - one for each CMYK channel. Due to signifigant trade knowledge also being required to make 4 colour process printing run well/consistently, we do not offer any form of warranty on process films. Please note: you will need to use specialised process printing ink, normal opaque plastisol is not suitable.
