Water-based Screen Printing Starter Kit
A selection of items to get you started in water-based screen printing. If you would like to use plastisol, please see our plastisol screen printing starter kit.
We recommend rookies avoid getting setup with a film printer and emulsion in the early stages. Emulsion expires quickly and is quite technical to apply to a screen properly, so unless you're coating alot of screens, we suggest engaging us to create your film positives and expose your screens for you. It also means you don't have to buy an exposure unit.
- 1L tub of Permaset standard white
- 1L tub of Permaset standard black
- 43T Screen amatuer grade screen
- 33cm squeegee
- Screen printing masking tape to tape our the areas of your screen where you don't want ink to flow through
- An ink spatula to handle your inks
If you're local to Brisbane we also suggest a can of spray adhesive. Unfortunately we cannot post aerosol cans.
